Weekly ENDA Update: What Did The Senate Hearing Accomplish? The Bilerico Project . . . . . I do not profess to know the ways and means of the Senate when it conducts its legislative business, but I will declare my disheartedness not from the Maine debacle, but from the apparent lack of interest in that only 5 senators showed up for the session. 95% of the Senate professed a total disregard of the initial phase of the presentation of the agenda. I do hope that this is not a foreboding of what is to come, for that is all I am left with: hope.
