More gay men - Rhode Island State Attorney General Patrick Lynch criticises Governor Donald Carcieri's recent veto as " . . . cruel and heartless . . . ", which it is. No matter what political bullshit the governor uses to obfuscate the veto's maliciousness, what he has done oncce again declared that in this land GLBTQs are second, maybe third-class citizens.
